Process description
Service requests
An application may be submitted in person, by post or by electronic means (by sending an e-mail to the institution) or by using the e-address of the State Police.
By requiring onsite services, to present a personal identification document (Passport or ID card). The application sent electronically must be signed with a secure electronic signature (eParaksta).
Required documents:
1. For all pass applicants:
1.2. application
1.3. a list of vehicles to be used for the holding or possession of the property (specify the name of the vehicle, the country registration number of the vehicle, the registration certificate number of the vehicle,
1.4. a certified copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle
2. for security guards:
2.1. a certified copy of the agreement regarding the collection and transfer of cash to the credit institution. The term of validity of the agreement may not be less than the period of validity of the pass
2.2. a statement of the security guard merchant, in which the justification for the necessity of the passes is indicated, as well as the addresses of credit institutions and merchants in which the collection and transfer of cash is planned, and in which a pass shall be applied during the security of cash settlement
3. for the internal security service of credit institutions:
3.1. a statement of a credit institution specifying the grounds for the necessity of the passes, as well as the addresses of branches of the credit institution in which the collection and delivery of cash is planned and in which a pass during the cash settlement security shall be usedReceipt of services
The State Police Licensing Commission shall examine the issue regarding the issue of the issue of a pass-through vehicle and shall notify the submitter of the results.
Cards are issued in paper form and can be received on site.
