Promote partnership between Latvia and Norway and exchange of educational experience in the field of combating cybercrime, as well as establish an effective police cooperation network between the Baltic States and Scandinavian countries, thereby strengthening cybersecurity in the northern European region. |

Training visits to Norway and Germany will be carried out during the initiative to exchange experience on the use of various innovative tools and solutions in the field of cybercrime investigation and analysis of electronic evidence and information, and international seminars will be organised in Riga. |
